Terms of Service

 

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hutton Integrity Detailing’s website, booking systems, and services. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Hutton Integrity Detailing provides professional automotive services, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile detailing
     
  • Interior and exterior detailing
     
  • Paint correction
     
  • Ceramic coatings
     
  • Window tinting
     
  • Membership and maintenance programs
     
  • Add-on and specialty services
     

Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle condition, weather, and scheduling capacity.

2. Appointments & Mobile Service Requirements

  • You agree to provide accurate booking information, including vehicle details and service location.
     
  • For mobile services, you must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
     
  • Access to water and/or electricity may be required unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Vehicles must be available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
     
  • If access is restricted, the vehicle is unavailable, or conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.
     

3. Pricing, Deposits & Payments

  • Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
     
  • Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, staining, biohazards, or severe neglect may require additional charges or a revised service plan.
     
  • Deposits may be required for paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tinting, or specialty services.
     
  • Payment is due as outlined during booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
     
  • Same-day cancellations, repeated reschedules, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
     
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
     

5. Vehicle Condition & Results Disclaimer

We use professional products and techniques; however, results vary based on existing vehicle condition.

  • Pre-existing damage such as scratches, chips, clear coat failure, oxidation, fading, worn interiors, or prior repairs may not be correctable.
     
  • We are not responsible for defects caused by previous bodywork, aftermarket coatings, repainted panels, or weakened clear coat.
     
  • Some stains, odors, pet hair, or embedded contaminants may not be fully removable.
     

6. Ceramic Coatings, Paint Correction & Tinting Terms

  • Cure times must be followed as instructed after service.
     
  • Ceramic coating durability depends on maintenance, environment, mileage, and vehicle use.
     
  • Paint correction improves appearance but does not prevent future scratches or wear.
     
  • Window tint may appear hazy or have small bubbles during curing; this is normal and temporary.
     

7. Membership Terms

  • Membership benefits, pricing, and service frequency are defined at signup.
     
  • Missed appointments may not roll over unless explicitly stated.
     
  • Memberships may be paused, modified, or canceled in accordance with the plan’s terms and payment processor policies.
     
  • We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or services with notice, where permitted by law.
     

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service when possible.
     
  • Notify us of mechanical issues, electrical concerns, leaks, or sensitive aftermarket equipment before service.
     
  • Disclose any biohazards (mold, bodily fluids, needles, animal waste) prior to booking. We reserve the right to decline service for safety reasons.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Hutton Integrity Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
     
  • Liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
     

10. Photography & Marketing Use

We may take before-and-after photos or videos of vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid personal identifying details. Customers may opt out of marketing use by notifying us in writing prior to service.

11. Text Messaging & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including appointment reminders, updates, and membership notifications. Promotional messages are optional and may require additional consent.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and media are the property of Hutton Integrity Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the states in which services are provided, including Oklahoma and Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
